Xiaomi has listed the 3A Braided USB-C to USB-C Cable (10cm) on its global website. This suggests that the accessory will be released in various countries worldwide in the coming weeks or months. The product, designed for charging smartphones, tablets, laptops and other devices, launched in China earlier in 2025.
The 3A Braided Cable has a 90° angled connector at one end, which could be useful for a laptop or a dock. At the other end is a standard, flat USB-C connector. According to the product listing, it offers up to 60W fast charging. There is no mention of a data transfer rate.
This 10 cm (~3.94 inch) long Xiaomi cable has a dark gray, braided outer with matching plastic housing around the USB-C connectors. Xiaomi suggests that the shorter length makes the accessory particularly easy to store or carry with you. The company also indicates that it has been shown in testing to withstand over 10,000 bends and to handle over 100N tensile strength.
It is unclear when the Xiaomi 3A Braided USB-C to USB-C Cable (10cm) will be released globally. It is likely to launch in European countries like Germany, where the company already sells a raft of charging accessories, including the recently released 67W Power Bank 20000 (Integrated Cable) (€45.99 at Mi Store).
