Xiaomi A27i 2026: New 27-inch 144 Hz monitor launches in more markets

The Xiaomi Monitor A27i 2026 is now available in more markets, including Germany and the UK. In Germany, the 27-inch monitor is sold directly by Xiaomi and via Amazon, priced at 129 euros, down from a recommended retail price of 139 euros. In the UK, it is available directly from Xiaomi for 119 pounds.
In our view, the monitor’s main drawback is its relatively low resolution. The 27-inch panel offers only 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, meaning it follows the Full HD standard and does not look as sharp as it could. Even in this price range, 27-inch monitors with 2,560 x 1,440-pixel resolutions are already widely available. Xiaomi advertises a 144 Hz refresh rate, which is clearly above average for this class. However, it is still not a true gaming monitor, as the response time is rated at 6 milliseconds.
Xiaomi also states that out-of-the-box color accuracy reaches a Delta E of less than 1, while the panel itself is a native 6-bit unit that uses FRC to simulate 8-bit color depth. According to the manufacturer, the IPS panel offers a brightness of 300 cd/m² and a static contrast ratio of 1,500:1. The feature set remains rather limited: the monitor provides just one DisplayPort 1.4 port and one HDMI 2.0 port, with no USB hub or KVM functionality. The included stand only supports tilt adjustment, although VESA mounting is available.
