Is the Toshiba Portege R700-S1310 the ultimate ultraportable? Whichever of the three Porteges you prefer, you'll get an ultraportable -- OK, a 13.3-inch notebook that straddles the line between ultraportable and thin and light -- with ample style and elegant engineering. It should be on your short list of lightweight contenders.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics: Onboard graphics card that is built in the new Arrandale CPUs (Core i3 / i5 / i7 Dual Cores). Depending on the model and Turbo Boost, the GMA HD is clocked between 166 and 766 MHz. Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards. » Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.
350M:
The Core i3-350M is technically a Core i5-430M without the Turbo Boost overlocking feature. Therefore, it always clocks with max. 2.26 GHz (of course Speedstep is included). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously. An integrated graphics card (GMA HD) and a DDR3 memory controller are also included in the package.
» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
13.3":

Above all, this display size is used for subnotebooks, ultrabooks and convertibles. For all three types, this size is quite large. The biggest variety of subnotebooks is represented with this size.

Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.

» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.
1.4 kg:

This weight is typical for big tablets, small subnotebooks, ultrabooks and convertibles with a 10-11 inch display-diagonal.

Toshiba is not present in the smartphone sector. As laptop manufacturer, Toshiba still had 6.6% of world market share in 2014. However it fell to only 1.6% in 2016, making only for the 8th place.

86%: This is a good rating above average. Nevertheless you should not forget, that 10-15% of all notebook-models get a better rating.
