This one isn't going to rock your socks but it costs $99 and has a fingerprint reader. Not much to complain about, really.

While smaller manufacturers in the mold of Doogee, Vernee, and Oukitel have been offering some incredibly-specced devices in the sub-$100 range, it's novel of a large OEM like ZTE to follow suit, most likely since the budget market is already saturated with a host of smaller manufacturers offering similar features. The ZTE Blade Spark looks to be ZTE's first foray into that section of the market.

$99 for such a device is no bargain, as they're better options out there, but there's no doubt that the ZTE branding on this phone offers some value in itself. Software updates, customer support, and a number of after-sales perks are what separate this one from the rest.

The fingerprint reader aside, there's not much to say about the Blade Spark. It sports a 5.5" HD display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie shooter, and a 3140mAh battery. It also runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box, and is powered by the entry-level Snapdragon 425.
