Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is a story-rich turn-based RPG that borrows from Dungeons & Dragons for much of its gameplay mechanics. Join an eight-player party and Captain a pirate crew in pursuit of a rogue god, fighting all manner of monsters along the way in turn-based combat using.

As you continue your journey across the seas, you will develop your combat abilities, unlock new spells, and upgrade your vessel. Choices also matter in Deadfire, meaning player's can build relationships with their companions as well as with the rest of the inhabitants of the Deadfire region as they adventure deeper into the strange world and complete quests.

Shadow Tactics: Aiko's Choice is a challenging, story-rich, stealth strategy game that takes place during Japan's Edo period and features polished, stealth-based hack-n-slash combat in a rich, colourful world. Falling squarely in the ninjas part of the Pirates vs Ninjas Fest, Aiko's Choice has elements of puzzle platformers in its blood, too.

Aiko's Choice follows the titular hero Aiko and four of her assassin companions as they use their varied skill sets and abilities to traverse rooftops and silently eliminate enemies on the way to hunt down Aiko's former master.

Shadow Tactics: Aiko's Choice is playable on Steam Deck and desktop Linux thanks to both a native version and a Platinum Proton rating.

One Piece Odyssey is an RPG that follows the pirates of the Straw Hat Crew on a romp through the One Piece universe. The game, which is based on the world and characters from the infamous One Piece Manga, sees the pirate Monkey D. Luffy sail off on an adventure with his crew, only to be shipwrecked on a mysterious tropical island.

Gamers play as Luffy as he sets out to find his crew, escape the tropical island, and get back on track. During the unplanned escapade, Luffy and his companions will have to face off against exactly the kinds of enemies you'd expect to see from a manga adaptation in turn-based combat encounters.
