Sony announces 3 new free games coming to PlayStation Plus, including a popular action RPG

Sony has finally announced the PayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for November 2026, which Essential, Extra, and Premium members can add to their libraries at no additional cost. According to Sony, members will be able to grab three new games for free starting November 3, and they'll remain available to claim until November 30.

New games coming to PS Plus

The first free game is Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4), an action-adventure zombies game that throws you into Los Angeles. The action RPG takes you through several recognizable locations across the city, where you'll complete quests, meet unusual survivors, and fight your way through large groups of zombies. Your main goal is to survive using different resources, and you can either dive in solo or team up with your friends through the co-op mode.

Next, we have Tomb Raider IV – VI Remastered (PS5, PS4), which brings together three of Lara Croft's darker adventures in a single collection. It includes Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles, and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, taking players through locations such as Cairo, Rome, and Paris.

The three games follow different parts of Lara's story. The Last Revelation sees her accidentally unleash the Egyptian god Set, while Chronicles explores stories from her past after she is presumed dead. The Angel of Darkness takes things in another direction, with Lara accused of murder and forced to uncover a larger conspiracy while on the run.

The third free game is Monster Train 2 (PS5), a roguelike deckbuilder built around defending a train across three vertical levels. This time, powerful Titans have taken control of Heaven, forcing former angels and demons to form an unlikely alliance. Players must command their forces through Hell, Heaven, and the Abyss while building a deck capable of taking down the Titans. The game also includes Daily Challenges, Dimensional Challenges, train customization, an expanded Logbook, random Celestial Alcove events, and an endless mode with steadily increasing difficulty.

That said, do make sure to claim this month's monthly games before they are gone, which include F1 2025, Hunt: Shodown 1896, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers.
