The new Galaxy Tab models will go head-to-head with the Apple iPad this September for 500 Euros.

Samsung has revealed the prices and launch dates for its upcoming Galaxy Tab S2 series.

As reported earlier, the new Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 are only 5.6 mm thick compared to the iPad Air 2 (6.1 mm) and iPad Mini 3 (7.5 mm). The 9.7-inch model will launch for 520 Euros for the Wi-Fi version and 600 Euros for the LTE version. The 8-inch version will sell for 500 Euros with LTE and will have Black and White color options.

  • RAM: 3 GB
  • Dimensions: 169.0 x 237.3 x 5.6 mm
  • Weight: 389 g
