MagyarSamsung leaks Galaxy Fit3 with brand new design, interchangeable wristbands and larger display
The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 was first seen in high-resolution render images last November, and now Gadgets & Wearables has discovered some product images of the fitness wristband on Samsung's official website, confirming an earlier leak.
Compared to the Galaxy Fit2, Samsung has fundamentally revised the design, which has three main advantages for users. Firstly, the display is much wider and offers significantly more space for displaying the time, widgets and fitness apps. Secondly, a new button on the right-hand side is intended to make operation of the wearable easier. Thirdly, a new quick-change system for the easier swapping of wristbands has been implemented.
This will allow users to adapt the look to their own tastes, with the leaked images showing at least one sports wristband in dark green and orange. In terms of dimensions, the Samsung Galaxy Fit3 measures 93 x 24 x 9.5 mm. The CE marking on the back is a clear indication that Samsung will also be offering the fitness wristband in Europe.
While Samsung's website has not yet confirmed any details about the features, previous rumors point to a 1.61-inch display, a more precise heart rate sensor and expanded fitness and sleep tracking. The battery life is said to be comparatively long at 21 days. To date, it is not known when or at what price the Galaxy Fit3 will be launched on the market, but now that Samsung has already started advertising the wearable to its own website, the launch should follow soon.
