Samsung announced the Gear S3 smartwatch back in the last day of August, but this wearable still has to reach the market. Even though an official release date has not been confirmed yet, it looks like the Gear S3 is scheduled to reach at least the United States, South Korea, and some parts of Europe by mid-November.
According to a Samsung official who spoke to Korean news outlet The Korea Times, "We decided to market the Gear S3 midway through November at the latest in Korea and some other countries." He also added that China would get the smartwatch later, thus missing the first wave.
The prices are expected to hover around the $350 USD mark. However, the Classic and Frontier will have different price tags, since the first one does not offer LTE connectivity. Other than that, their specs are similar, both running Tizen and having a 1.3-inch circular Super AMOLED display, next to a dual-core Exynos 7270 chip.
