Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime arrived back in February 2015 and turned out to be a very successful mid-range handset. Now, a 5-inch smartphone that appears to be its successor, bearing model number SM-G532F, has just been spotted on import/export tracker Zauba.
The upcoming handset mentioned above will probably launch as Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (2016) and is expected to have upgraded specs when compared to its predecessor. The original Grand Prime was powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor, next to 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage, also supplemented by a microSD slot. The handset also had an 8 MP main camera, dual-SIM support, and a 2,600 mAh battery.
Unfortunately, the specs of the upcoming SM-G532F are unknown at this time. However, devices that show up on Zauba appear on certification websites pretty soon after that, so we will probably hear more about this one later this month. We will keep you posted, as usual, so stay tuned.
