Reviews for the Samsung Chromebook 4+ XE350XBA-K03US

At the end of the day, the verdict on the Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus comes down to its low price. While the MSRP of this Chromebook starts at $300 — and you can often find it retailing at $250 or closer to $200 — it’s still a better option for most than Windows laptops at the price, especially if you want a large screen. If you’re willing to spend a bit more, there are several great options available, especially the Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5 ($429), which often hovers close to $300, and the last-gen (2020) model Acer Chromebook Spin 713 ($629), which now goes as low as ~$330. However, these are still significantly higher price than the $200-250 you can get the Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus for. So, should you buy the Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus? If you’re on a tight budget and need a Chromebook for a young student, or a secondary device for home use, then yes. Even two years later, the Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus provides solid value for the price. If you can stretch your budget, however, there are many other options out there that elevate the Chrome OS experience.

For those who insist on a 15.6-inch screen, the Acer Chromebook 315's is better—it's definitely economy class, but it's a touch panel with clearer IPS rather than TN technology—and its slightly slower AMD processor is offset by more storage and a price currently $50 below the Samsung's.

Compared to the HD Graphics 500, the 600 offers improved display outputs. Compared to the faster UHD Graphics 605, the 600 offers less shaders at lower clock speeds.
Non demanding games should be playable with these graphics cards.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

74%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
