In the case of the Ativ Tab 3, we get the feeling that could be about to change. The Windows 8 market is quietly gaining traction, and the sheer number of extras on offer here make it an attractive proposition. We're awaiting a price before making any rash calls but we were quietly impressed with the Ativ Tab 3, despite the cheap feeling plastic and flexible chassis.

Tablet is very good, and the most important thing is certainly its keyboard that can be connected to tablet via Bluetooth connection. A good quality characterizes the chiclet keyboard that exceeds most of what we have seen recently. Keystroke and resistance is perfect for a longer work, and if you are buying a tablet for work and long periods of typing, you will not make a mistake. As far as configuration, this average model offers 1.8GHz Intel Atom Z2760 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 64GB SSD, but the capacity can easily be expanded using MicroSD memory cards. Regarding the standard usage of the Windows 8 system, everything is beyond reproach and everything is working smoothly; however, you should not expect that processing of larger images or other demanding jobs would be so smooth. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a good tablet that comes with good keyboard, it is intended for the average consumers for everyday office work, Web surfing and multimedia, so the price is fully justified.

Samsung ATIV Tab 3-XE300TZC-K01FR

The Samsung ATIV Tab 3-XE300TZC-K01FR is a Windows-8 tablet with an included Bluetooth keyboard. Possibly the wave of the future, this is a great device for work and entertainment. The 10.1-incher with Intel Atom Z2760 processor and 2 GB of RAM may not be able to handle heavier tasks or too much multitasking. But light word processing and web browsing run problem free. Weighing in at 1 kg with the included keyboard, it is a great all in one travel device. Despite the slightly unexpectedly thick dimensions, especially when bundled with the keyboard accessory, it is still an ultra portable device that should fit in most bags with ease. The battery life is decent, and can easily last a full work day and even beyond. The somewhat limited 30 GB of storage can be expanded by up to 64GB with a microSD card.

The included keyboard accessory is surprisingly full-sized, but it lacks a touchpad. So, users will need to either resort to the touchscreen or the included stylus. The touchscreen is responsive and a pleasure to use, but the stylus has a cumbersome size. Fans of the Galaxy Note 10.1 stylus will find this stylus to be too small for comfortable use. Overall, this machine is regretfully underpowered and does not offer enough for the price.

Samsung: Samsung Group is the largest South Korean conglomerate and was founded in 1938. Samsung Group employed 489,000 people in 2014 and is one of the world's largest companies in terms of revenue and market strength. The name Samsung means "Three Stars" in Korean and represents the three sons of the company's founder. The company was founded in 1938 as a grocery store. With its subsidiary Samsung Electronics, founded in 1969, Samsung took up the production of electrotechnical items, focusing on consumer electronics and household appliances at an early stage. Other branches in which the large corporation is active include mechanical engineering, automobiles (Hyundai), insurance, wholesale, real estate and leisure. Samsung manufactures a wide range of electronic products, including smartphones, televisions, home appliances and semiconductors. The company's Galaxy line of smartphones is one of the most popular in the world. Samsung is also a major player in the semiconductor industry, making memory chips and processors for many other electronics manufacturers.

These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.

Qualcomm Adreno 225: Integrated OpenGL ES 2.0 and Direct3D 9_3 capable graphics card.

Intel Atom: The Intel Atom series is a 64-Bit (not every model supports 64bit) microprocessor for cheap and small notebooks (so called netbooks), MIDs, or UMPCs. The speciality of the new architecture is the "in order" execution (instead of the usual and faster "out of order" execution). Therefore, the transistor count of the Atom series is much lower and, thus, cheaper to produce. Furthermore, the power consumption is very low.
