The current sale matches that figure exactly, so this is essentially the second time in the game's history it has reached this floor. Before that 2024 low, the game had previously bottomed out at higher price points, and it has never gone below this 85%-off mark on Valve's platform. Please note that the game was briefly made available for free on the Epic Games Store in June 2025, but in terms of Steam pricing, $4.49 is the standing record.

Developed by Two Point Studios — a studio founded by veterans of the Theme Hospital team at Bullfrog — and published by SEGA, Two Point Hospital launched in August 2018 to widespread acclaim. The game itself tasks players with constructing and managing hospitals across the fictional Two Point County. You have to treat absurd illnesses with invented cures, hiring and managing staff, and optimizing layouts for patient flow and financial performance. Its writing is very funny, with a touch of British comedy.
