Reviews for the Realme 11 Pro+
With an Italian design, a high-resolution camera, and plenty of storage if desired, realme launches an interesting upper mid-range phone for around 500 Euros (~$500) with the 11 Pro+. Read here whether the phone can convince in our test.

The Realme 11 Pro+ is a great phone with a beautiful design, a big and immersive screen, and it works well. It doesn't have any problems when we use it for things like watching videos or playing games. The battery lasts a long time, even if you use it all day, and the fast charger that comes with it is really handy. But the camera of the Realme 11 Pro+ is not perfect. It takes good pictures when the lighting is good, but it doesn't do well in dark places. Also, the software that comes with the phone is not very good. It has too many extra apps and notifications that you don't need, and it can make using the phone frustrating sometimes. Even though it has some downsides, the Realme 11 Pro+ is still a great option. It looks aesthetically premium and works well, and it's a good choice if you want a phone that is both good-looking and performs well, without spending too much money.

All things considered, the realme 11 Pro+ 5G is great for everything it has to offer. You have a great camera with a very capable chipset and a long battery life. You also have a nice screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, which can be great for watching videos. While you can play games, the phone does tend to heat up over time. For the price of PHP 24,999, it is priced properly, but it does have some serious competition in the segment. One of the phones, in particular, is the Honor 90 63, which also features a great camera and a capable chipset. At the same time, the realme 11 Pro+ was released just a few months after its predecessor – the Realme 10 Series. With that, it’s possible you might have just bought the realme 10 Pro+, making it hard to upgrade once again. But if you do have the budget, you can’t go wrong with this phone. But what do you think of the realme 11 Pro+ 5G? Is it a phone you would consider buying this Q3 2023? Share your thoughts in the comments below.

The realme 11 Pro+ 5G shined in our review and is a great addition to the growing mid-range smartphones offered in the Philippines this year. I like the hard-wearing design of the phone, as well as the great display, as well as the flagship-grade camera that it has. Users aren’t going to complain about running out of space either, thanks to the generous amount of storage. Probably my only complaint here is the processor and lack of IP protection, but honestly, those are very minimal issues compared to the overall value that you’re getting here.

The realme 11 Pro+ 5G looks to be a promising, mid-range phone for the Philippines, as the combination of its unique design, high-resolution snapper, and ultra-fast charging is pretty unique in the mid-range space. The realme 11 Pro 5G might be harder to sell, though if realme prices it properly it just might be the choice for discerning, budget-conscious fashionistas. Anyway, the brand will be officially launching the phone on August 24, so stay tuned on Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for the official live stream.

The Realme 11 Pro+, on its own, is quite an interesting Android smartphone with an outstanding configuration for $500 a pop. We include the 200 MP Samsung camera, which takes quite impressive pictures during the day and at night. In return, the rest of the triple-camera setup failed miserably. The processor is also not on par with flagships, but it can still handle all everyday processes and even more demanding games. On the other hand, you get 12 GB of working memory and 512 GB of storage space. The 5,000 mAh battery can last for two days and can even be fully recharged within 30 minutes. The abundant bloatware can be uninstalled but is apparently necessary to achieve the modest price of $500. The same applies to the rather mediocre update policy and the lack of IP certification. In the end, the Realme 11 Pro+ with its outstanding display is a good deal if you can live with the shortcomings.

So, to conclude, as I said during my review, I’ve had a good experience with the Realme 11 Pro Plus. This phone definitely feels premium and its display is great while the inclusion of nice haptics further makes interacting with the phone a hoot. But arguably the biggest Achilles heel of this phone is the choice of chipset and maybe the camera performance as the main 200MP camera could have been more reliable across both photography and videography aspects. Likewise, since this is a more premium offering from the company, a better ultra-wide camera could also make it a more appealing choice since brands like Samsung, Nothing, and Motorola are indeed providing higher-resolution ultra-wide sensors. Plus, the pricing could have been more better!

I quite like the Realme 11 Pro+ when compared to its contemporaries. While it may not be the camera or performance champion like some other devices, the Realme 11 Pro+ seems to deliver a balanced experience. It has a premium design, curved display, and a good camera setup, and even the performance is not bad. Overall, in my usage, the Realme 11 Pro+’s on-paper specs do translate into real-world performance. The key takeaway from my experience is that the Realme 11 Pro+ is a phone that is well-balanced and also offers everything and a bit more than one can ask for in a phone of this calibre.

For Rs 27,999, the Realme 11 Pro+ gets you a thin and light design with a good build, a very good display for content consumption, a capable processor that can handle everyday tasks and casual gaming without any hitch, and excellent battery life. But it falls short in camera performance (due to subpar secondary and tertiary cameras) and software experience (because of bloatware). So if camera performance and software experience top your list of priorities, there are some other devices in this price range that you can check out. For example, you can consider the Pixel 6a if the camera is your top priority (although its general performance is questionable) and the Motorola Edge 40 for a clean software experience (although Moto isn’t known for software updates).

The realme 11 Pro+ is one of the many phones I tested that I would use myself. It’s not too expensive, has decent functionality, a good screen, good cameras, an interesting design, and is fast. Realme 11 Pro+Of course, it’s not a flagship, but the realme still left a good impression. The operation was comfortable and hassle-free, I was a little worried about the safety of the camera unit, but the case saved the situation. Well, I recommend it – it’s a successful “flagship killer”. The realme 11 Pro+ is one of the many phones I tested that I would use myself. So the Realme 11 Pro+ has given Realme a much-needed redemption in the camera space. It uses one of the most advanced camera hardware in the whole market, which has paid off quite well, barring a couple of minor rough edges here and there. The smartphone’s display is the hidden gem and it turns out to be one of the best displays we have tested in this segment. Apart from all this, the smartphone’s design is stunning. As mentioned earlier, this is probably the best looking smartphone in this segment in my opinion. However, a good camera, design and display come at the cost of performance and user experience. The MediaTek Dimensity 7050 feels underpowered when put to test despite the 12GB RAM and the bloatware issue is so bad that people have been talking about it since even before the smartphone was launched. Overall, it is a decent upgrade, but it is high time Realme does something about the software, at least on a smartphone that costs around Rs 30,000 or more.

Costing €520 (12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage), Realme 11 Pro+ is a very interesting proposal. It is a smartphone free from major shortcomings, although it lacks a few elements, such as water resistance or eSIM. Realme 11 Pro+ tempts with a decent display, really fast charging and decent performance. I must praise it for the stability of work and good (or even excellent, for the price) quality of photos and videos (not counting macro, which are as usual, i.e. poor). The appearance of the smartphone can be controversial - but you can always opt for a sadder, black version that is downright discreet. The interface - in fact, I could praise it, if not for the excess of pre-installed applications - but here I will leave the assessment to you, after all, not everyone has to be a minimalist ... In general, if you ask me about a cool, "fancy" and not overly expensive average driver, without hesitation I will mention Realme 11 Pro+. Redmi Note 12 Pro+ has a really dangerous competitor!

Considering its price range of Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 or potentially even lower, the Realme 11 Pro+ offers a compelling package that sets new standards for budget smartphones. Realme has done an exceptional job with this device, ticking many of the right boxes and even introducing some new ones for budget phone evaluation. It truly stands out. It’s quite remarkable that a budget device like this exudes a cool and premium feel, both in terms of looks and build quality. The curved AMOLED display adds to its charm, creating the illusion of a high-end flagship smartphone. Of course, there are some flaws. Bloatware remains a concern, and it would be beneficial if Realme addressed this issue. Performance, while not chart-topping, is still solid and should not pose any significant complaints unless you are an avid gamer or an extremely heavy user.

Google, Samsung, Motorola, and HMD Global could all learn from Realme about the value of taking the time to design a great-looking smartphone in this price range. I think the Realme 11 Pro+ looks excellent, and I love the way the fake leather makes the phone feel when I’m holding it. It’s also good to see a different, fun new feature on a mid-range camera. The zoom mode isn’t perfect, but it’s far more interesting and useful than gimmicky features that apply to only a few people. Realme needs to pay attention to its software though, which almost ruins the 11 Pro+ for me, and to ensure that spending extra on the design doesn’t overly impact other key features. The terrible selfie camera is unforgivable these days, and the lack of an IP rating takes away confidence.

The realme 11 Pro+ 5G takes on the flagship smartphones with its world’s first 200 MP OIS camera with 4x in-sensor zoom, and it also competes with those having a dedicated telephoto lens. There’s no doubt that the 200 MP camera is a mind-boggler when it comes to the camera quality, for a smartphone less than ₹30,000, a camera with this level of specs can easily take down many smartphones in this price range. Moving to its design, the realme 11 Pro+ 5G flaunts a premium Lychee vegan leather back with a 3D woven texture and couture-level seam, it’s one of the most prominent designs so far in the realme family and the most distinguished designs in this segment. The realme 11 Pro+ 5G is premium in design, fast at charging (100W), powerful at its camera (200 MP), and truly a good performer (Dimensity 7050) for its price, the realme 11 Pro+ is highly recommended if you are looking for a smartphone under ₹30,000 budget.

There are quite a few features that make the realme 11 Pro+ stand out over other competitors in this price tier, namely its designer style, the 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging, the flagship 200-megapixel main camera, the all-day battery life, and the fact that even the base configuration comes with a generous 256GB of storage. While those of us in the US will have to seek out a gray market reseller to purchase the realme 11 Pro+, I suspect anyone who does will be quite satisfied with their choice.

The Realme 11 Pro+ 5G tries to level-up over the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G with an improved camera and design, while providing incremental performance, battery, and charging improvements. It certainly is one of the best designed phones in this segment and also offers a great multimedia experience and long battery life. The performance is quite good too for the price but the completion — Motorola Edge 40 (Review), iQoo Neo 7 (Review) and the Poco F5 5G (Review) — does fare slightly better in this regard. Where the phone struggles is the camera department. While the main camera's daylight performance is quite good, I cannot say the same about low light and there is inconsistency when it comes to the post-processing.

The Realme 11 Pro+ turned out to be an excellent smartphone with a charming design, modern specs, a flagship camera, and incredibly fast charging. We also appreciate the promise of two major Android updates and three years of security upgrades. We liked the design; in fact, we found the Realme 11 Pro+ quite easy to love. The phone offers a bright and color-accurate OLED, the speakers sound nice, the battery life is excellent, and the charging is incredibly fast. That's not all, of course. The Dimensity 7050 5G chipset, while not the fastest in this price bracket, is adequate for a mid-ranger and provides smooth performance all-around. The doubled base storage is much appreciated, too. The main camera is the real showstopper on the Realme 11 Pro+ - it's as flagship as on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and the photo and video quality are as premium as it can get these days.

The Realme 11 Pro+ is a visually stunning phone which can be easily mistaken for an ultra-premium handset. It boasts elegant design choices like a faux leather back panel and a curved AMOLED screen, both of which are immaculately done. Although the primary camera is excellent, the ultra-wide shooter could be improved and the handset’s processing capabilities are not the best in class. However, if you want a trendy mid-range phone with most features, the Realme 11 Pro+ gets my thumbs up.

The Realme 11 Pro+ offers a complete package with its stunning design, immersive display, and reliable performance. The device performs smoothly in various tasks, including multimedia consumption and gaming, with no noticeable lags or slowdowns. The battery life is impressive, easily lasting a full day, and the included fast charger proves to be convenient. However, the camera performance of the Realme 11 Pro+ is a mixed bag. While it excels in capturing vibrant and detailed images in good lighting conditions, it struggles in dimly-lit environments. Other than that, the software experience falls short with the Realme UI 4.0, as it is cluttered with bloatware and unwanted notifications, which affects the overall user experience. Despite some drawbacks, the Realme 11 Pro+ still manages to impress with its attractive design and reliable performance. It offers a solid mid-range option for users looking for a visually appealing device with satisfactory performance.

The Realme 11 Pro Plus is a robust mid-range smartphone and a complete package if you want a decent display, powerful hardware, the latest software skin, a long-lasting battery, fast charging, and beautiful camera results. The phone is a jack of all trades and does justify the price since it also added a pretty appealing design layout. Apart from this, there’s a problem with this phone except it doesn’t have a 3.5 mm jack. The rest of the part about this phone is looking quite good. But at the same time, you might notice a few bloatware in the interface. If you are looking for the stock Android experience, we would suggest you check out the Realme GT Neo 5 SE as a decent choice because it comes with decent specs in a lower price range.
