Qualcomm’s Arm-based Snapdragon X Plus X1P64100 has just shown up on Geekbench. It packs a 10-core CPU and scores 1,903 and 2,410 in Geekbench’s ML Inference benchmark. The chip is expected to debut alongside the Snapdragon X Elite on April 24.

Qualcomm confirmed it will reveal more information about its Arm-based laptop chips on April 24. While the high-end Snapdragon X Elite has been at the centre of Qualcomm's messaging, a lower-specced Snapdragon X Plus variant is also in the works. One of them has just shown up on Geekbench.

Previous reports suggested there would be four Snapdragon X Plus variants codenamed X1P64100, X1P62100, X1P56100, and X1P40100. The above Geekbench listing highlights the X1P64100 variant. It has two CPU clusters, one with 6 cores and the other with 4 cores. Its peak clock is recorded to be 3.42 GHz.

The Snapdragon X Plus X1P64100 packs an unspecified Qualcomm Adreno GPU and scores 1,903 and 2,410 in Geekbench's ML Inference benchmark. These scores don't matter much because the chip in question is likely a pre-production sample.

This is the first time we've seen a Snapdragon X Plus chip in the wild. Apart from a varied core count, it'll be interesting to see how it differs from its Elite-branded counterparts.
