HTC unveiled the U11 in May last year, and followed it up with the U11+ later in November. The company will introduce its next flagship, the U12, within the coming weeks, and what appears to be a specifications sheet of the device has surfaced.
According to the leak, the device will sport a 5.5-inch QHD+ display. That aspect ratio is especially interesting, as it means the device will be quite compact. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 and will feature 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, a dual selfie camera setup (8 MP + 8 MP). The rear camera listed is a 12 MP sensor with f/1.5 aperture but there's enough reason to believe there will be a secondary rear sensor.
The device will also come loaded with features like NFC, an IP68 rating, wireless charging, HTC USonic, OIS, Edge Sense, and Quick Charge 4+ support.
We cannot confirm the veracity of this leak. Previous reports claimed there would be only one HTC flagship this year, the U12+, and the size of the device on this leak doesn't fit that. We'll be sure to keep you updated, though.
