Initial spy photos show a coupe with significantly reduced camouflage. According to InsideEVs, the retractable aero flaps at the rear are striking. These, along with the five cooling flaps at the front, are intended for the Cayenne Turbo and are designed to optimize aerodynamics. Overall, the coupe appears sportier and more elegant than the current combustion-engined model. The length has increased to 4.98 meters, and the wheelbase to 3.02 meters, indicating improved driving dynamics.
1000 PS and 600 kilometers (373 miles)
According to InsideEVs, the top model is expected to have over 1,000 hp. In addition to this version, variants with 400 and 600 hp are planned. All models are based on the modified Premium Platform Electric (PPE) and feature a 108 kWh battery. Thanks to a charging capacity of over 400 kW, the charging time from 10 to 80% is estimated to be just 16 minutes. The range is stated to be approximately 600 kilometers (373 miles).
Air suspension and V8 sound
Air suspension with adjustable dampers is planned for the chassis setup. Rear-wheel steering will be available as an option. To strengthen the emotional connection to the vehicle, Porsche plans to integrate an artificially generated V8 sound that changes depending on the driving mode. In addition, simulated gear shifts are being tested to further intensify the driving experience.
Market launch
The electric Cayenne SUV will be presented as a prototype at the IAA Mobility in Munich, which takes place from September 9 to 14, 2025. A market launch is planned for 2026. The Cayenne Coupé is expected to follow the SUV approximately six months later.
