Most flagship handsets do not launch offering color options like gold, green, or pink, and both the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge were no exceptions. Fortunately for those interesting in purchasing a handset from the Galaxy S7 lineup in such a finish, Samsung has just added the pink gold color to the list of available options.
The color choices available for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge at launch were black onyx, gold platinum, white pearl, and silver titanium. Pink gold becomes the fifth option and, according to Samsung, this refined color scheme "is intended to soothe and incorporate a touch of gentleness, radiance and sophistication to the smartphones’ design."
The new option became available in South Korea yesterday, and customers in select markets will get it soon as well. Unfortunately, Samsung did not reveal any information about when and where is this going to happen next, but we will let you know as soon as we find out.
