Oppo Find X10 Ultra leak points to 200MP LOFIC main camera and dual periscope zoom

The Oppo Find X10 Ultra will use a 200MP main camera with LOFIC technology and a 6.89-inch 2K display, according to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station. Oppo has not confirmed any specifications, and the phone is expected to debut in China in the first half of 2027.
The main sensor reportedly measures 1/1.12 inches and could be a Samsung HPA or HPU unit. LOFIC, short for lateral overflow integration capacitor, lets a sensor store excess charge from bright light, which helps it retain detail in highlights and shadows within the same frame. The Find X9 Ultra, which Oppo unveiled in April, uses a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor of the same size.
Digital Chat Station’s leak describes four rear cameras. Alongside the main unit, the tipster lists a 200MP ultra-wide camera, possibly the Samsung HP5 found in the Find X10 Pro Max, and a 200MP periscope telephoto with roughly 3x optical zoom. A fourth camera, a 50MP periscope, would handle 10x optical zoom. The ultra-wide sensor reportedly appeared on an engineering prototype and may change before launch.
The 10x camera’s sensor has not been finalized, according to the leak. An earlier report named the Samsung ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision OV51A as candidates, both measuring around 1/1.95 inches, with a smaller 1/2.76-inch sensor held in reserve if production timelines become a concern. The Find X9 Ultra’s 10x camera uses a 50MP Samsung JNL sensor. Telephoto macro support is also possible on the new model.
Oppo is reportedly considering a 100MP square-format selfie camera, a detail that first surfaced in a report in May. The display is said to be a BOE-supplied 2K LTPO panel running at 144Hz. Its 6.89-inch size would be a step up from the 6.82-inch screen on the Find X9 Ultra.
Other rumored specifications include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip and a battery of about 8,500mAh. The Find X9 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and features a 7,050mAh battery. Oppo has already released the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max in several markets, and it has not announced pricing or a launch date for the Ultra.
