A Redditor posted Time Spy scores from an RTX 6000 workstation GPU. The RTX 6000 sports a near-complete AD102 die with 18,176 CUDA cores and managed scores that are about 15% lower than an average RTX 4090 (after a Windows update) albeit at a lower 300 W TDP with a blower-style cooler.

The AD102-based Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 rules the roost when it comes to top-tier consumer GPU performance in this generation. The RTX 4090's AD102 is a cut-down GPU with 16,384 CUDA cores — the complete AD102 core features 18,432 CUDA cores. Thus, there is speculation that Nvidia will eventually launch an RTX 4090 Ti with all the might of the complete AD102 silicon.

Interestingly, we now get to see the near-complete AD102 in action. However, this is not the purported consumer-focused RTX 4090 Ti but an RTX 6000 meant for workstations. A Redditor who goes by the handle u/Healthy-Blood-54 posted a picture and a Time Spy run of this GPU. According to the OP, who apparently works with data simulation, the RTX 6000 was installed in one of the display boxes at the workplace.

The RTX 6000 features 18,176 CUDA cores but with a 300 W TDP and a blower-type cooler. The card has the same footprint as that of the RTX A6000. The TDP is lower than a 450 W RTX 4090 Ti since workstation cards are designed to run heavier workloads for longer periods of time. The RTX 6000 sports 48 GB of VRAM at 20 Gbps speeds.

The OP did manage to run 3DMark Time Spy and came up with a score of 28.319 overall and 30,518 in the graphics test. The card was paired with an Intel Core i9-13900K. The RTX 6000 did manage a graphics score of 36,844, which on par with an average RTX 4090, before a Windows update apparently nerfed the scores.

Time Spy is not really an ideal benchmark for these kinds of GPUs, but the monitoring graph shows the card throttling from its 3 GHz+ clock during both graphics tests. With scores all over the place, it becomes a bit difficult to estimate the purported RTX 4090 Ti's performance based on these.

According to the user, the card hit 85 °C on the core with fans running at about 70%, which is apparently not louder than an RTX A6000.

The card seemingly retails for about US$7,300 and is available from retailers.
