TCL SunPower Global has unveiled new products in its 2025 range at the Intersolar Europe trade show. The new company is a merger between TCL and SunPower, providing energy solutions for home or business use.
The new SunPower Home Energy Storage solution has been revealed. Designed to help users reduce their reliance on the grid, the kit includes an 8-13 kW hybrid inverter and energy controller and an expandable 5 kWh battery; the maximum battery capacity has yet to be confirmed. According to the company, it is suitable for outdoor use, operating in temperatures as low as -20°C (~-4°F). It can integrate with devices like a heat pump, and there are options to sell your energy back to the grid or to capitalize on time-of-use energy tariffs. Plus, you can remotely monitor or manage the Home Energy Storage solution via the SunPower app.
The new SunPower M Class solar panels are also on show at the event. For home use, the panels support up to 500W, with 25% efficiency, while the panels for business use handle up to 660W, with 24.4% efficiency. Again, TCL SunPower Global indicates that these products are weatherproof and are expected to last for over 40 years.
Alongside this, a range of TCL Solar Panels have been unveiled, said to use back-contact and TOPCon technologies. These products are expected to launch in Europe later in 2025. In the meantime, prospective customers are invited to sign up for email updates about the release on the company's website.
