New Casio Triple Sensor Mudmaster watch now available to buy in the US

Casio's long-anticipated "Magma Gold" Mudmaster has quietly gone on sale in the United States. It is now listed on the official G-Shock website as the GWGB1000MG19 at $900.
The watch has had a lengthy road to retail, to be fair. The model number first surfaced towards the end of 2025, with the first leaked image emerging in February 2026. At the time, a late 2026 release was on the cards, though more recent reports brought that forward to May 2026 for Japan. A French retailer subsequently placed the European release in June 2026 at €899, while the US window was unconfirmed — until now.
Casio is marketing the GWGB1000MG19 under the "Magma Gold" theme. Its color palette has been drawn from flowing lava and solidifying rock. The dial features intense red and orange hands and indexes against a dark case with a gold ion-plated bezel. The band uses what the company refers to as "Garal color molding" — a technique that combines resins of different colors to create marbled patterns, just like geological strata. The case uses a black precision-forged metal construction with a Carbon Core Guard structure, with bio-based resin used throughout. The result is a chunky watch that measures 58.7 × 52.1 × 16.2 mm and weighs 114 g.
Feature-wise, this is a full-fat Mudmaster. The Triple Sensor covers compass, altimeter, and barometric pressure, alongside a thermometer. It's solar-powered with Multi-Band 6 radio control, Bluetooth smartphone connectivity, a Location Indicator function, sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, DLC-treated stainless steel, and 200-meter water resistance. The watch ships in special limited edition packaging.
The Mudmaster line is basically built for harsh terrestrial environments, with mud-resistant buttons and a screw-lock crown to keep debris out. At $900, the Magma Gold is definitely sitting at the premium end of the Master of G lineup, alongside a full suite of hardware to match.
