Moto X4 with Snapdragon 660 set for possible June 30 release
Motorola have made waves in the market of recent, with their launch of the Moto Z2 Play and news of the budget E4. The company is set to announce the launch of their new mid-range device, the Moto X4.
While Motorola have switched their flagships to the Z series, we'll still be getting a new X smartphone, albeit one that's only an upper mid-range device. A tweet earlier on confirmed some already speculated specifications about Motorola's new entry and claimed the inclusion of Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 660.
A few months ago, a video leaked revealing what has been touted to be an in-house presentation for the Moto X4. From the video, a couple of features like AI integration, IP68 certification, Turbo Charging, and dual rear cameras could be spotted. The new tweet claims a 3800mAh battery, USB Type-C, the aforementioned Snapdragon 660, and a June 30 release.
The X4 is expected to sport a 5.2" FHD display, and 4GB of RAM. Prices are unconfirmed but it's supposed to be a cheaper alternative to the Z flagships.
