AMD-Update. We have already had Lenovo's IdeaPad 720s in review, and found it to be a lightweight and thin notebook for everyday challenges. The 13-inch notebook is now also available with AMD's Ryzen 5 2500U processor and as a viable alternative to the Intel SKU.

The rimless display provides a sharp, crystal clear image and the metal case offers exceptional ruggedness. The Lenovo IdeaPad 720S-13ARR uses an AMD Ryzen 7 2700U processor, which is also responsible for graphics calculations with its integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 8. With the AMD Radeon RX Vega 8, users are able to play modern, demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution. As for memory, the notebook has 8 GB DDR4 type with 2,400 MHz. The Lenovo 720S-13ARR has a 256 GB SSD storage. The SSD enables applications to launch faster and it allows faster file transfer. Above all, this display size is used for subnotebooks, ultrabooks and convertibles. For all three types, this size is quite large. The biggest variety of subnotebooks is represented with this size.
