All things considered, the Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 is a solid budget laptop offering from Lenovo. The processor and GPU combo are able to maximise the performance from this budget laptop, making for a great starter gaming laptop. The Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IAH7 was also our Zero1 Award Winner 2022 for the best performing gaming laptop under 80K. If you consider the price of both of these variants currently, it's a no-brainer which one to go for. Here's hoping the new Ryzen 7000 series laptops kick up a storm!

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB Laptop GPU: Mid-range gaming laptop graphics card based on the Ampere GA107 chip. Offers 2048 shaders and is offered in different TGP (power consumption) variants from 35 to 80 Watt with different clock speeds and therefore performance. Older variant with 4GB VRAM.
With these GPUs you are able to play modern and demanding games fluently at medium detail settings and HD resolution.

i5-12450H: On Alder-Lake based mobile CPU with 4 performance cores and 4 efficient cores. The performance cores offer hyper threading, leading to 12 threads that can be processed.
