Costco is currently running a sale on the Lenovo Flex 5 14 2-in-1 for $150 USD off the original launch price of $800. The deal is notable for its Ryzen 7 5700U processor which is one of the fastest U-series CPUs at any price range.

Other features of the configuration include a 1080p touchscreen, backlit keyboard, 16 GB of soldered RAM, and an upgradeable 512 GB NVMe SSD. We appreciate the spacious RAM capacity here as many other Lenovo deals would come with just half as much.

We especially liked the easy serviceability, long battery life, and impressive multi-thread performance especially for the price, but its relatively dim display, heavy weight, and lack of Thunderbolt or DisplayPort-over-USB limits the travel and docking capabilities of the model. The Flex is a budget-oriented Lenovo convertible, after all.
