Jonsbo’s N6 NAS chassis takes a straightforward approach to high-capacity storage in a compact form. It supports nine drives and M-ATX motherboards, allowing users to build a capable NAS or small workstation without unnecessary bulk.

Jonsbo has launched the N6 NAS chassis, a compact yet highly functional case designed for users who want serious storage capacity without committing to a full-sized tower. It features a two-compartment design, separating the main system area from the storage bay. The lower section accommodates up to nine 3.5-inch SATA or SAS drives, while the upper compartment supports M-ATX motherboards, making it suitable for a wide range of configurations from a dedicated NAS to a personal workstation or small server.

The N6 measures 305 by 353 by 318 millimeters and has a clean, industrial look highlighted by a wooden veneer panel that separates the two compartments on the front. The case offers one USB-C 10 Gbps port, one USB-A 5 Gbps port, a 2-in-1 audio jack, and a row of nine drive status LEDs, along with a three-speed fan controller. Cooling is handled by two 120 mm dual ball-bearing fans positioned at the rear of the lower bay, with additional mounts allowing for up to seven fans in total. The upper compartment supports graphics cards up to 320 mm in length, and the front panel can fit a 240 mm radiator for users who prefer liquid cooling setups.

Jonsbo has equipped the N6 with a server-grade hot-swappable backplate featuring gold-plated SAS connectors and four power inputs, including dual SATA and dual PATA configurations. This setup provides greater flexibility in powering multiple drives while maintaining stability under load. There are also three possible power supply mounting locations at the front top, rear top, and rear bottom, giving users the option of dual power configurations.
