Govee Neon Rope Light for Wall Lining launches with discount
Govee has launched the new Neon Rope Light for Wall Lining in the US and the EU. The smart light strip is designed to run along the corner between the wall and the ceiling or two walls or could be used along a baseboard.
The Neon Rope Light for Wall Lining features 84 LEDs per meter and is available in two sizes: 9.8 ft (3 m) and 16.4 ft (5 m). Its silicone shell is said to diffuse light, covering an area of 22.5 mm (~0.9 inches), and it can be cut to the perfect size for your room. You can remotely control the smart light through the Govee app, adjusting the brightness, color and effects with over 100 scene modes. On top of this, a newer feature, AI Lighting Bot, can transform text, voice or images into a customized lighting experience. Plus, thanks to its Matter compatibility, the product integrates with many smart home platforms and can be controlled with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
In the US, you can buy the Govee Neon Rope Light for Wall Lining in 9.8 ft (3 m) and 16.4 ft (5 m) sizes for $69.99 and $99.99. Only the longer 16.4 ft (5 m) is currently available in the EU, with an RRP of €109.99, though the shorter model is expected to arrive soon. At Amazon, in both regions, customers are offered discount coupons, reducing the pricing of the shorter variant to $54.99 and the longer version to $69.99/€87.99; it is unclear how long these deals will last.
