Armani is a well-known luxury brand in most markets, but its smartwatches have a long road ahead. Back in late 2016, the Emporio Armani Connected hybrid smartwatch made its debut, but this brand plans to work with Fossil to bring over 300 smartwatches to life. However, the Android Wear 2.0-powered Emporio Armani Connected will only hit the market in September.
According to Armani, the company's first Android Wear 2.0 device is scheduled to hit the stores on September 14. This luxury accessory is expected to come with up to eight different straps, as well as an unknown number of exclusive custom faces. Sadly, the information on its hardware specs is limited. A Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 SoC will probably be inside, and the round display does not leave room for many surprises.
There is no information on the pricing yet, but since this is an Armani product, it will not come cheap. We will get back to it as soon as we find out anything new, so stay tuned.
