DooGee F3 smartphone is now official
DooGee is one of the several „new” Chinese makers trying to carve a part of the mobile market share for themselves. The company has just announced its newest flagship smartphone, the DooGee F3. The device will come in two versions: the F3 and F3 Pro and will be available starting August 28th.
The basic DooGee F3 comes with a 5-inch, 1280 x 720 resolution display covered with curved (2.5D) Gorilla Glass. It’s powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, Mali T760 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. The 16 GB of on-board storage space (partially taken up by the OS) can be expanded by up to 64 GB via microSD card slot.
The DooGee F3 sports a 13 MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, as well as a 5 MP front one. The main camera uses the same Samsung S5K3M2XXM3 ISOCELL CMOS that has been used in iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S5. The battery capacity is 2200 mAh.
The more advanced, F3 Pro version, features a 1920 x 1080 display and 3 GB of RAM. Apart from that, other specifications remain the same for both versions.
The DooGee F3’s price has been set at $139.99, while the Pro version is $20 more. Both handsets are expected to start shipping on August 28th.
