The Digital Storm x15 gaming laptop is a fully customizable machine that plays games quite well, thanks to the NVIDIA GTX 460M 1.5GB graphics card. The high resolution screen is very nice, and the processor speed is more than adequate with an Intel Core i5-520M dual core CPU. This system is a great value at $1,479, but upgrading to a larger hard drive and more memory is definitely worthwhile.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M:

High-end DirectX 11 graphics card based on the GF106 chip using GDDR5 graphics memory (up to 1.5 GB).

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

Intel Celeron M: It is a Pentium M with halved level 2 Cache and limited on FSB 400. The characteristic of this processor is the speed, which is hardly slower than an equivalent Pentium M. However it can change the speed not dynamically like the Pentium M and therefore needs without load more current.
It is also available as Low Voltage Version with very small current consumption.

15-16 inch is a standard display size for laptops and offers the biggest variety of products.

3.3 kg:

In former years, this weight was representative for laptops with a 14-16 inch display-diagonal. Nowadays, 17 inch laptops weigh less than that.

Digital Storm: American hardware shop, founded 2002, which sells an own laptop brand.
