Dell: Dell is a U.S. manufacturer (based in Texas) of computer hardware founded in 1984 and is one of the largest international manufacturers in terms of both market share and notebook models. Its product line includes desktops, notebooks, storage systems, monitors, servers, printers, consumer electronics and peripherals. Dell offers laptops that are suitable for various applications, such as business laptops, gaming laptops, ultra portables and workstations. Dell's business laptops from the Latitude and Precision series are an option for professional users and businesses.
In 2023, Dell had an approximate 17% market share of global PC sales, ranking #3 after Lenovo and HP.
For gaming enthusiasts, Dell's Alienware brand is for gaming notebooks.
These graphics cards are able to play the latest and most demanding games in high resolutions and full detail settings with enabled Anti-Aliasing.
NVIDIA RTX PRO 3000 Blackwell Generation Laptop: It is a mid-range GPU that belongs to Nvidia's professional series. It's based on the Blackwell architecture and features 5,888 CUDA processing cores as well as 12 GB of GDDR7 ECC memory.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.
AMD Radeon 890M: The most powerful AMD iGPU as of mid 2024. It features 16 RDNA 3.5 architecture CUs (1024 unified shaders) running at up to 2,900 MHz. On average, the 890M finds itself very close to the GTX 1650 Laptop making it possible to play 2024 AAA games at 1080p with most settings set to Low.

Intel Panther Lake:
Ultra 9 386H: High-end 16-core SoC of the Panther Lake family and top model with 4 Xe3 GPU cores. As with Lunar Lake, the built-in NPU 5 offers 50 TOPS and now offers support for FP8.
AMD Strix / Gorgon Point:
Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 475: A powerful Gorgon Point family processor that launched early 2026. Its similar to the Strix Point HX 375 but with higher clocked CPU, GPU and NPU. The Ryzen AI 9 series APU comes equipped with 12 CPU cores along with the 16 CU RDNA 3.5 Radeon 890M graphics adapter and the 60 TOPS XDNA 2 neural engine. There is no PCIe 5 support here and 8 of the CPU cores are slower than the other 4. Compared to the consumer Ryzen AI 9 HX 475, the PRO variant offers additional management and security features like support for ECC RAM.

14.00:
14 inch display size represents a middle ground between the small subnotebook formats and the screens of the standard 15 inch laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, provides good resolutions with usable detail sizes, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact.
In the past, 14-inch devices were very rare, but now they are the standard for laptops after the 15-inchers.
16.00:
This range for display formats was and is a rarity. It is larger than the general standard of 15 inches, but not yet in the range of large workstations. One usually has higher screen resolutions available, but portability suffers from that.
