The Dell G5 15 5500 is not the cheapest laptop, and it's not the fastest around. But it's very sturdily built, impeccably designed, and muscular enough to give even current games a run for their money. All that, and it has a solid 144Hz screen.

Rough and rugged around the edges, the Dell G5 is an underrated performer in this era of high-speed, high-performance gaming laptops. While it isn’t the flashiest in terms of appearance and performance, its accessibility and affordability more than makes up for those deficiencies, especially if you’re on a budget. Just be prepared to carry that weight.

As a package, there is very little to fault in the Dell G5 15. For a laptop that starts at a price of around Rs 82,000, the G5 15 does well. While it certainly does not set the world on fire with its amazing feature set or the raw processing power it brings. However, it does offer good value for money and design as well as hardware that's suited for both gaming and productivity tasks, and that's definitely its biggest selling point.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Mobile: Mid range dedicated graphics card for laptops that uses a Turing TU117 chip without raytracing and Tensor cores. Should be slightly faster than a GTX 1650, but is also available in different variants with a TGP ranging from 55 - 80 Watt (and two packages).
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

15-inch display variants are the standard and are used for more than half of all laptops.
The reason for the popularity of mid-sized displays is that this size is reasonably easy on the eyes, often allows high resolutions and thus offers rich details on the screen, yet does not consume too much power and the devices can still be reasonably compact - simply the standard compromise.

78%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
