Decathlon Stilus E-AM 29-in e-bike with Bosch Performance Line CX Gen4 motor launches
Decathlon has launched the Stilus E-AM 29-in e-bike. The company describes the bike as an All-Mountain (AM) vehicle with a range of 150 km (~93 miles). A Bosch Performance Line CX Gen4 motor powers the device, providing up to 85 Nm of torque.
The motor can assist you up to 25 kph (~16 mph) across five modes, including Eco, Tour and Turbo. The bike has a smoother pedal-assistance, up to 340%. A 625 Wh removable battery has a 5-hour lifetime and can handle altitudes up to 2,000 m (~6,562 ft).
At the front, the bike has Fork Rockshox 35 (150 mm) suspension and a SuperDeluxe shock absorber at the rear. Plus, 29-in (~74 cm) tires provide maximum comfort. The bike has an aluminum frame, weighing in total ~25.1 kg (~55.3 lbs), and the saddle height can be altered by up to 150 mm (~5.9-in).
The Stilus E-AM has a SX-Eagle 12-speed rear derailleur, powerful four-piston hydraulic brakes and 200 mm (7.9-in) SRAM GUIDE RE brake discs. You can view your ride stats, such as speed, total distance and state of charge, on the built-in BOSCH Purion display.
You can now buy the Stilus E-AM 29 e-bike for €3,999 (~US$4,277) in Germany. The device is currently only available in gold, and it is unclear whether or when it will be available in other markets.
