The Dance electric bike subscription service is coming to new cities across Europe, including Vienna and Paris. Dance has also announced a new electric moped available to riders in Germany.

Dance, the Berlin-based e-bike start-up, has announced it is bringing its subscription service to new cities across Europe. People living in Hamburg, Munich, Vienna and Paris will all be able to hire the Dance One electric bikes to ride around their city this Spring.

The Dance One bikes have a 34 mile (55 km) range and a top speed of 15 mph (25 kph). The bicycles have integrated lights, a smartphone mount, hydraulic disc brakes and a carbon belt drive.

Dance announced two new electric vehicles in the same statement: the Dance One Step and the Dance Moped. The Dance One Step is a low-step version of the One e-bike, with the same range and maximum speed.

The Dance Moped can carry up to two riders, with a range of up to 43 miles (70 km) from a 2.1 kWh battery. The moped also has a 1.8 kW motor with a top speed of 28 mph (45 kph). Another new feature from Dance is the in-app dashboard, which you can use to track your speed, distance and CO2 saved from an equivalent car ride.

For new customers, a monthly subscription for a Dance electric bike currently starts at US$54 (€49) a month. The Dance Moped subscriptions are available from US$98 (€89) per month but will only be accessible to customers in Germany initially.
