Deal | Creality K1 series of flagship 3D printers appears on Best Buy shelves

Creality has announced that it has secured the rights to stock its latest K1 series via Best Buy in the US. The OEM's new flagships are touted as "professional-grade" 3D printers of the FDM variety, rated for an output of up to 600 millimeters per second (mm/s).

The K1 Max' enclosed CoreXY build is designed to allow for prints that take up to "300x300x300mm" of space (compared to 220x220x250mm in the vanilla K1). The new line is also touted to keep the print as stable as possible while in progress with its AI-powered internal cameras and LIDAR sensors.

Creality boasts the ability to offer "first-hand discounted prices" on these new machines via Best Buy. Accordingly, the K1 Max is now available at US$899.99 on the store's website - then again, it can be found for as little as US$789.65 today (November 9, 2023) on Amazon. 

Then again, the K1's latest listing puts it at US$499.99, compared to US$519 on Amazon. Creality's new Best Buy range has 1 other option thus far: the more versatile, yet more basic and non-enclosed, Ender-3 V3 SE. The multi-filament (TPU, ABS, PLA and so on) printer is priced at US$199.99 via its new channel, compared to US$219 at the time of writing on Amazon.
