Blitzwolf BW-V3 Max smart projector comes with water cooling and is dustproof, costs just over 100 euros
The Blitzwolf BW-V3 Max is a new projector. It is a model with a water cooling system. This should ensure efficient cooling and benefit the noise level. The projector should not emit more than 36 dB and therefore not cause any disturbance. The optical system itself is encapsulated in the Blitzwolf BW-V3 Max, so dust ingress should not be a problem. This protection is confirmed by IPX5 certification. The LED light source should last for over 20,000 hours, corresponding to the entire device's service life. The illumination is not particularly uniform at 65 percent though.
As is usual for rather compact and inexpensive projectors, the brightness is the sticking point. This is specified at 350 ANSI lumens, which means that good dimming is required or restrictions on the projection diagonal are necessary. The manufacturer specifies a projection ratio of 1.24:1 and there is no zoom lens. It should be possible to project an image between 36 and 130 inches in size. The resolution no longer necessarily corresponds to current standards and is only 1080 x 720 pixels, which means that the image is no longer very sharp, especially on larger projection surfaces. Keystone correction, for example, is automatic.
The projector comes with a special stand that allows flexible positioning. HDMI is available as well as an audio output and audio input, and a USB port can also be found on the device. Android 9 is installed and allows direct playback of media content on the device. The Blitzwolf BW-V3 Max is offered at a price of just 102 euros, with shipping from the Czech Republic taking just five days.
