Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is now free for a limited time on UPlay
Ubisoft is giving away Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China away for free on UPlay aka Ubisoft Connect. The promotion is a part of Ubisoft's ongoing Chinese New Year celebrations. To get your hands on a copy, go here, follow the on-screen instructions and login to your Ubisoft account. The game will appear in your library once you complete all the steps. The giveaway is live now and will end on February, 16th at 5 PM CET.
Unlike regular Assassins Creed games, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China is a 2D side-scroller that pits you, the protagonist, in medieval China. The game was launched back in 2015 as an addendum to Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Its gameplay relies heavily on Assassins Creed tropes such as stealth, sneaking past guards, platforms and the likes. It has a very The Mark Of The Ninja-like feel to it. Although the actual game isn't very long, it should make for at least 3-4 hours of entertainment.
As a part of its celebrations, Ubisoft is also offering discounts on newer Assassin's Creed games such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and Assassin's Creed Origins. Even the Epic Game Store has a Ubisoft sale going on, so be sure to check the prices on both launchers before committing to a purchase.
