Sources have passed information to Bloomberg claiming that Apple will extend the interest-free finance options on the Apple Card to include other products in their catalogue.

In the United States, Apple has been offering interest-free terms on iPhone purchases via their store using the Apple Card. Unfortunately, this hasn’t extended to other Apple products where any interest-free finance terms are offered via a Barclaycard, or via other card providers in regions were the Apple Card isn’t available*.

This is likely to change soon, according to anonymous sources cited in a Bloomberg report. The move makes sense since it was unusual that Apple offered a more wide-reaching finance option through a partner’s card — even if the terms were more restrictive.

All the rumoured terms offered are the shorter than the 24-month iPhone deal:

Products Term
iPhone 24 months
Mac/iMac, XDR display, iPad/keyboard, Apple pencil 12 months
Apple TV, AirPods, HomePod 6months

*Please note that the finance deals offered on non-apple cards have varying setups that can involve terms such as the deal only being available within a specific time of signing up for the card, or only available over limited promotional periods.
