Archive.org versionBefore we start we have to say something about the battery life. No matter what we did, we couldn’t get anywhere near the advertised 8 hours. We tried everything from switching to the integrated graphics only to setting the display at 60Hz and using every single battery-saving option. Given the fact that other reviews state screen on times between four and eight hours, we are keen to believe that something was wrong with our unit. With that said, we had a retail unit bought from a store, which means other users might be getting similar issues.
