The Anker 577 Thunderbolt Docking Station (13-in-1, Thunderbolt 3) is discounted in the US and Canada. At Amazon in the US, you can now get 35% or US$84 off the device, buying it for US$195.99 rather than US$279.99. The same deal is available via a coupon at the Anker Store. In Canada, at Amazon and the brand’s online store, you can save CA$40 on the CA$399.99 retail price and purchase the gadget for CA$359.99.
The 577 docking station provides 13 ports, including 85W and 15W Thunderbolt 3 ports. The 85W port connects to the host device, with the second 15W downstream port capable of 40 Gbps and supporting a 5K@60Hz display. You can also charge gadgets via an 18W Power Delivery USB-C port and 7.5W USB-A ports. Three more USB-A ports have a 5 Gbps data transfer rate, and an HDMI 2.0 port supports a 4K@60Hz display. Other ports include Gigabit Ethernet, SD and microSD card slots and a 3.5mm AUX.
The Anker dock is compatible with various Windows laptops and non-M1 MacBooks with a Thunderbolt 3/4 port; the device is not compatible with M1 MacBooks, Chrome OS or Linux laptops. In the US, the deal at the Anker store will end on May 7. It is unclear how long the other offers on the Anker 577 Thunderbolt Docking Station (13-in-1, Thunderbolt 3) will last.
