AnTuTu reveals top-performing global mid-range phones from June 2024

AnTuTu published the top 10 global mid-range smartphones from June 2024. This ranking is based on the average scores the phones have secured throughout the last month. One of the criteria for this list is that the devices need to pass at least 1,000 valid runs throughout the month to make an entry.

That is likely the reason why we aren't seeing Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 phones on these lists yet. Nonetheless, the Realme GT 6T with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 tops the latest global mid-range ranking. It has an average score of 1,337,357. The second phone on the chart is the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which features Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, and it scores an average of 1,107,557 points.

This difference between the top Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 and 7+ Gen 3 devices shows that the newer chip is truly an upgrade. Of course, that isn't the case for all the Qualcomm chips, as some of its newer chips can perform worse than their predecessors. The Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 is a prime example of that.

Getting back to the latest mid-range ranking from AnTuTu, the Poco F5 (available on Amazon) holds the third spot with a similar average score as the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. This little to no difference between the second and third phones isn't surprising. After all, they are pretty much the same smartphones.

The other phones in the latest AnTuTu global mid-range ranking are powered by Dimensity 8200, Dimensity 8100, and Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. Note that you should consider other aspects besides the benchmark scores, which include real-world performance, cameras, software, screen, and battery life.
