Madmind Studios, the developer behind Agony, has listed out the minimum and recommended PC requirements of the first person survival horror game. The listed requirements are not too high by today's standards but help in ensuring smooth gameplay.

Madmind Studios have released the minimum and recommended PC requirements for Agony, an upcoming first person survival horror game. The game, which makes use of the Unreal 4 engine is not too demanding and any modern PC should be able to comfortably play it. The listed requirements are as follows —

Minimum PC requirements (Low settings at 30 fps)

  • Supported OS - Windows 7, 8, or 10 64-bit
  • CPU - Intel i3 at 3.2GHz or an AMD Phenom II X4 955 at 3.2GHz or better
  • Memory - 8 GB
  • HDD Space - 17 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB or an AMD Radeon R9 280
  • DirectX version - DX11

Recommended PC requirements (Ultra settings at 60 fps)

The game is based on the DirectX 11 API and takes up 17 GB of hard drive space. Any modern computer should be able to churn out 30 fps at low settings but Madmind recommends higher specs for a stable 60 fps at ultra settings.

Agony is set in hell and players take on the role of a tormented soul with no memory of their past. They need to pave their path to redemption by controlling other hellish creatures and uncover their forgotten past. The one-way escape from hell will require players to have a tryst with the mystical Red Goddess.

The game is set for a March 30 release on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
