Anker is rumored to be about to launch a new accessory: the Prime 26K Power Bank (300W). Leaked images show that this product has a similar design to the brand’s Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W), with a metal casing and a black front panel featuring a digital display.
According to a report from reliable source AnkerInsider, this Anker Prime 300W Power Bank 26K has model number A100A. It appears that users will be able to charge three devices simultaneously via two up to 140W USB-C ports and an up to 22.5W USB-A port. The maximum combined output is 300W, and the accessory is said to offer dynamic power distribution. The upcoming Anker power bank has a 99.75 Wh 26,000 mAh battery. This can be charged via a dual USB-C input of up to 150W, though it seems this is only possible when you use specific Anker cables and chargers. Otherwise, the maximum USB-C input is 140W, and there is also a 150W pogo pin input.
The remaining battery capacity is shown on the digital display, which has cable detection icons and will likely show the charging status. Other features of the power bank include support for pass-through charging, a trickle charging mode and temperature monitoring. Plus, it supports Bluetooth connectivity with a 10 m (~33 ft) range, meaning it can be managed via the Anker smartphone app.
Based on these specifications, the new Anker power bank appears to be its most powerful portable charger with an under 100 Wh battery capacity. It is unclear when the Anker Prime 26K Power Bank (300W) will launch or how much it will cost. As a guide on price, it will likely be more expensive than the older Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank (250W), which currently retails for $179.99 at stores like Amazon.
