OPPO Find X6 specs leak points to a beefed-up Android smartphone just an inch away from Pro status
The OPPO Find X6 Pro has become linked to renders showing a rear camera hump vastly different to that of its X5-series predecessor. The leaks might also invite speculation that its vanilla X6 counterpart will launch with the same Hasselblad-branded emoji-like disc on its back.
Fresh tips suggest that the X6 will get a 'face' of its own; however, this one will be much more square, albeit with a lens layout similar to that of the supposed Pro.
According to the leaker Digital Chat Station, it will contain all of OPPO's potential next-gen photographical advantages - except for a cutting-edge 1-inch sensor, which will be exclusive to the top-end variant.
Therefore, the X6 could still be in line for triple 50MP sensors: one for ultra-wide-angle shots and another that is the same potentially advanced zoom lens as the Pro, just with an f/1.8 Sony IMX890 with OIS as a main shooter.
Those components could leave the Find X6's new camera housing protruding another 3.1 additional millimeters (mm) from its ~9.2mm-thick glass body, and tipping the scales at about 207 grams (g): 18 to 22g more than the new equally vanilla version of the Xiaomi 13 series.
Hopefully, the X6's possible edge in terms of rear camera resolution makes up for that bit of extra bulk.
