Nothing Ear (stick) earbuds take to the catwalk in a fashion-ridden launch teaser
The freshly-announced Ear (stick) buds have been unveiled in a quintessentially Nothing way as part of a runway show during the 2023 London Fashion Week event. The tech start-up has collaborated with the designer Chet Lo in order to make this happen, incorporating the upcoming TWS earbuds as well as the Phone (1) into some woolen accessories modelled during the show in question.
It is honestly less than clear whether these "custom-made Phone (1) bags" are to become available in any way, although one of them could be taken as a winning argument for a limited-edition green Glyph version of the first-gen Android device.
In any case, now that the accessories are back off the runway, they have been revealed to have dropped the design of the original ear (1) case for something more like the 'Chapstick tube' type that was popular a few years ago (although it seems to have fallen out of favor in 2022 thus far).
Carl Pei's new company has asserted that the buds are intended to be less obtrusive and "supremely comfortable", which may or may not go with rumors that optional rubber ear-tips have been left out of their packaging. Nevertheless, the Ear (stick) buds are slated to be "nearly here" in their new, "feather-light" form.
