If it isn’t obvious by this point, I’m a pretty big fan of this Chromebook. I’m honestly sad to have to send it back soon. It has become my go-to device for most tasks and I – along with quite a few others in the office – have loved using it.

The Lenovo Yoga Chromebook is a good-looking, premium laptop with potentially strong battery and beautiful 4K display. If you're in the market for a premium Chromebook with a decent amount of power and a great display this could be the one for you.

Chromebooks are known for their affordability and ease of use. Lenovo is changing the paradigm with the Yoga Chromebook C630, a relatively expensive Chrome OS device that brings 4K to Chromebooks. The C630 packs a lot of power, but some compromises on usability and price ultimately hold the device back.

This beefy Chromebook is great for watching movies in your hotel room or split-screening your way through long days of editing, but you'll want to keep its charger handy.

Again, if you haven’t, check out our original review of the Yoga C630. This is a device that everyone really enjoyed and it only gets better with the additions backlit keys and the 4K panel. At $900, it is a hard sale, but we’ve already seen it on sale for as low as $629, so if you can wait around for a good sale from Lenovo, this is an absolute “buy it now” device.

The Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630 has a flexible aluminum chassis and speedy performance, but the 4K display steals the show.

For hundreds less than its Windows near-equivalent, the Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630 features a sweet, versatile 4K display on an all-around solid laptop.

Lenovo adds a plus-size convertible with optional 4K display to its Chrome OS laptop line, but the Yoga Chromebook C630 is neither light nor bright nor inexpensive. The Yoga Chromebook C630 works well and looks good, but it's heavy and bulky. It doesn't dislodge the HP Chromebook x2 as our favorite business Chromebook.

We’re a fan of the aluminum chassis and slate-like color of the Yoga Chromebook C630 but it can get cold to the touch. We’re reminded of the way the Chromebook Pixel would feel cool on the exterior.

Chromebooks aren’t for everyone as there are still a few things that Chrome OS can’t do that Windows and Mac can. But for the majority of users, Chrome OS is perfect. Add in the fact that it’s easy to use and maintain and you have a device most people should be satisfied with. The price tag on this particular Chromebook is a little high, but what you get with it makes it well worth it. The Lenovo Yoga C630 Chromebook is a rock-solid choice if you’re searching for a Chromebook that will last.

79.04%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
