Fujitsu announces netbook with MeeGo OS
If a netbook with Windows or Mac OS isn’t your thing, consider getting one with MeeGo instead, an OS designed by Intel and Nokia specifically for low-powered mobile platforms. In a recent press release, Fujitsu has announced that the LifeBook MH330 will see a release with the MeeGo OS, possibly later this year in specific Asian territories. Unfortunately, no news of the netbook coming to Western or European locations has been mentioned.
In terms of specifications, the Fujitsu LifeBook MH330 is the typical netbook with an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor and a 10.1-inch screen at 1024x600 resolution. It is also quite thin at only 18.5mm (0.73 inches) thick. The netbook has previously been released in Asian territories running Windows 7 Starter according to Netbook Planet and may launch for about £237, or $320.
