The Endorfy Celeris 1800 is a new mechanical keyboard aimed at video gamers. It boasts good keystroke recognition and a robust construction, and has switches developed in collaboration with Gateron. Backlighting is also on board.

Endorfy is a Polish tech manufacturer whose products are primarily aimed at video gamers. Its latest device is the Endorfy Celeris 1800, a new mechanical keyboard with a near-complete layout. At dimensions of 129.5 x 384 millimeters (4.9 x 15.2 inches), the six-key block above the numpad pushes the keys somewhat closer together. Although there are no dedicated keys for adjusting the brightness, such functions can be controlled via secondary assignment of certain keys. On the right side are the volume control and mute keys, which can also be reassigned.

Endorfy's distinctive yellow buttons are not a completely in-house development, but a result of a collaboration with Gateron. They come pre-greased and with a press force of around 49 grams. Moreover, they are hot-swappable linear switches, which are designed for precise and reliable operation. RGB lighting is also available and can be adjusted.

The mechanical keyboard supports three different connection types, namely USB-C, Bluetooth and wireless (2.4 GHz). A wireless runtime of up to 121 hours is specified, but this drops significantly when lighting is activated. The sampling rate when using the 2.4 GHz connection is either 125 or 1,000 Hz.

The Endorfy Celeris 1800 is only available in certain parts of Europe so far. Details on a global launch are still pending, but Endorfy already sells a number of its products on Amazon, such as the Thock Wireless Keyboard. Hence, it is conceivable that the Endorfy Celeris 1800 will eventually find its way there soon.
