EcoFlow has announced the Rapid Pro power bank series starting with two models with high battery capacities, integrated displays, and a retractable cable. The power banks are designed to charge both high-power devices such as laptops and handheld gaming PCs as well as low-power devices such as earbuds.

Alongside the Rapid Pro X Power Bank, ECoFlow has also announced the Rapid Pro power bank series which is available in two capacities. There's the Rapid Pro 27,650mAh and the Rapid Pro 20,000mAh; and just as they are different, they also have some common features.

The two Rapid Pro power banks don't have a modular design like the Rapid Pro X but they have the same rectangular prism design with ports at the top. However, unlike the Rapid Pro X, the Rapid Pro power banks have a 60cm long integrated retractable USB-C cable. They also have a small color screen that displays charging information.

Rapid Pro 27,650mAh Power Bank

Both the prime USB-C port and the retractable USB-C cable on the Rapid Pro 27,650mAh have a max output of 140W for a total combined output of 280W, allowing you to charge two laptops at max speeds. The remaining two USB-C ports have a max output of 65W each. The max output the power bank can provide at any given time is 300W.

The Rapid Pro 27,650mAh power bank can charge from empty to 80% in 40 minutes using either the prime USB-C port or the retractable USB-C cable for 140W fast charging. The time shortens to 26 minutes when both the prime USB-C port and the retractable cable are connected to a charger(s) that can output 140W for a total of 280W.

If you own the EcoFlow Rapid Pro Desktop Charger, you can reduce the time for it to get to 80% to just 20 minutes by placing the power bank on the pogo pins at the top of the desktop charger. Doing this charges the power bank at 320W.

Rapid Pro 20,000mAh Power Bank

On the other hand, the Rapid Pro 20,000mAh Power Bank has a max power output of 230W and both its prime USB-C port and retractable cable maxes out at 100W each while the remaining two USB-C ports have an output of 65W each. The power bank can be used to charge two laptops at 100W each. However, charging the power bank itself is slower compared to its siblings.

Using either the 100W USB-C port or retractable cable will charge the power bank from empty to 50% in 39 minutes while using both the prime USB-C port and retractable cable can only get you 120W max input, and thus reduces the time to get to 50% to 25 minutes. It can also be charged using the pogo pins on the desktop charger but even though this also has a max input of 120W, the time to get to 50% reduces to just 19 minutes.
